Requests for maintenance

 All requests for maintenance on limited and general common elements are required to be in writing.  This will provide a written record of the request and will help to ensure timely, accurate and efficient resolution of any issues and / or concerns.   All requests for maintenance will be submitted directly to the Customer Service Department.  Kindly allow 24 hours for Customer Service to respond to your request.
