About Us

TH Management Consultants has been in business since 2001.  The principal of TH Management Consultants has over twenty-one years management and consulting experience. With a background in process documentation and instructional design, TH Management Consultants' founder started the business with the intent of creating an environment that uses the best processes possible for property management.  TH Management Consultants uses a variety of processes to manage the affairs of its clients.  Some processes are standard accounting and property management practices.  Other processes are unique to TH Management Consultants such as its property managers answer the telephone rather than a receptionist, and its custom designed Work Order database.  This custom designed Work Order database allows for quick turn-around on maintenance requests and enables TH Management Consultant's property managers to easily monitor the vendor's progress on the repairs.  We also offer our Associations their own unique web site.  This collection of standard and unique processes combine to make up what its clients have come to expect from TH Management Consultants -- accuracy, accessibility and accountability.

We manage both condominium associations and homeowner associations.  In addition, we also manage commercial property.  TH Management Consultants manages over 4.7 million dollars in Annual Budgets and 250 million dollars in physical assets.
